I had the same experience as another reviewer. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed. Less than a week before my appointment I was called and informed my provider left. The next available new patient appointment was February. My original provider Stephannie Pittman was amazing. She has since left the practice. Other than that the office has always been disorganized. They would say they would call me back same day or next and I would have to call a week later because I would get no call back.

Just recently found out after making a phone call to check up on my follow-up appointment that Melissa left to practice the doctor Gonzalez is only doing emgs and that the new doctor is not seeing any of the current neurology patients so I would have to be considered a new patient and they're not accepting any new patients this is absolutely unacceptable

I wouldn't recommend this practice after the experience I had with Dr. Downey. After only a very quick exam of basically just checking my reflexes, she blew me off. I was only 35 at the time and have a very obvious tremor in my left hand. She told me she's seen worse so it was ok. I have tingling all over my body and she told me there isn't any reason for it because my exam was "normal"... which really wasn't even an exam. Refused to do any further testing like ct scan or MRI.
