I came here for an EEG and left with globs of glue in my hair. When the test was done, she grabbed all of the wires and pulled them all off with one pull leaving behind chunks of that sticky tacky glue. It would've been nice if she had removed the wires all one by one, the same way she put them on, so that she can remove most of the chunks of glue as shes removing the wires. Very unhappy

The neurology clinic does not care about patient safety or follows informed consent ethical practices. The office and provider failed to disclose to my mother’s husband and myself (her adult daughter who is also part of her HIPA & PHI) of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, only solely communicating with the patient who has documented memory loss. How do you as a practice just tell the patient they have Alzheimer’s knowing there is documented memory loss and NOT EVEN TELL HER HUSBAND?????? The neurology clinic does not care about patient safety or follows informed consent ethical practices. The office and provider failed to disclose to my loved one’s family members of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, only solely communicating with the patient who has documented memory loss.
