On hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up the call. Trying to reschedule an appointment.
Tried for nearly 2 hours to get someone on the phone to schedule an appt and no one ever picked up the phone. First time I called I was in the queue for nearly 55 minutes when it was my turn, it hung up. Called back and waited another 40 minutes before giving up and just scheduling an appt somewhere else. Very poor management, clearly.
Full evaluation, time for questions and empathy. Got answers to questions asked of other doctors.. Highly recommend.
We were very disappointed with our recent experience. An appointment that was scheduled two months ago for my grandmother was abruptly canceled without any prior phone call. According to staff, a letter was supposedly mailed, which we never received. We had been anticipating this visit for weeks, especially since the office is a 40-minute drive away and I had taken time off work to ensure she could attend.
