Horrible. No customer service, front desk totally changed my appointment without telling me. Completely feel disregarded why because it’s New Year’s Eve and they want to leave?! Front desk and back office seems to not have any communication going on at all and the ladies up front are not kind. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
