They will charge you without being seen, continuously. Seems like alot of fraud
Had an appointment with Dr. Dombry at 3pm . Arrived to the office and was told that he left in the morning. No one called me. I drove 30 minutes in pain and they didn’t even contact me . The receptionist was nonchalant and didn’t even apologize. Terrible service
I cannot get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment. Left multiple messages, tried requesting an appointment online, tele med request everything. Currently on a 20 min hold typing this message. Less than a week left on my medication and have been trying to get a refill. Hoping this 1 star will get me a call back
Absolutely horrible service. Why must you wait on a phone more than a half hour to make an appointment when online it says they are very slow. This is the worst company ever and a damn shame the cooperate office does not know this stuff goes on.
The medical part is all right. Haley is helpful. The people in billing are rude. They can't give you any information. They won't even tell you their name. They wanted my full name well here it is and I'm going to report you to consumer affairs and anyone else I can think of how about that?
