The worst place ever!!
Been going to this office for over 10 years. And for the annual visit a week before you need your blood drawn. The Land O Lakes location is more convenient for lab work. Much closer to home. But somehow they keep screwing up the location and wasting my time. Before they would at least squeeze you in but now they say oh you're a walking. No I had an appointment somebody screwed up on your end. End result is you are called a walk-in and well you just have to wait. Therefore I will not deal with this location anymore.
Have always had a pleasant experience when going here for blood work. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Mother got a neurodegenerative diagnosis and clinic failed to inform her spouse and her daughter who are part of her plan of care and under patient’s HIPAA paperwork. As a studying clinician I understand that this was a patient safety issue and informed consent issue.
