Tried to call to see if there was a wheelchair available for my husband and they were all at lunch. Not helpful!
Excellent service and doctors
My experience with Dr. Stanton was really good. However, when it comes doing administrative stuff like sending authorization to insurance for certain prescriptions, couldn't be worse because I am convinced it's not possible to be anything worse than what I have experienced. The pharmacy has reached out multiple times to let them know that prescription needs an authorization from the doctor (since beginning of March - today is March 20, 2026). What has happened? Ever since Orlando Health has taken over, my experience is not the same. I waited an hour for my doctor's appointment in New Tampa (not this site) and waited 45 minutes at this lab for bloodwork. Also, my drugs are messed up. I've never waited more than 20 minutes for my doctor or labs. I'm not happy with Orlando Health.
