Can never get through on the phone since they joined up with Orlando Health.
VERY IRRESPONSIBLE OFFICE STAFF! Very rude over the phone, no accountability for their mistakes, lost my mothers ONLY sample for shingles testing and not even a sorry or an actual solution. Can we do a blood test instead? SUPER UPSET WITH THE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR who didn’t care to follow up
The staff here have found every reason they can to not assist you. Ive been here 3 times now and every time theres some excuse for not helping me. I just want a primary to check in with from time to time especially since i battled cancer last year. I trust Brooke Moore, my nurse, but just seeing her is such a stressful episode every time. I dont have issues like this at any other medical facility. Unfortunately I will not be returning and need to find a new PCP that i can trust. -Zak K
