I have been cared for by Dr. Herrero for the last 2+ years. She is by far the kindest, most thorough and most efficient physician I have ever had. I connected with her from the first moment I met her. Many of my friends were under her care before I was able to get in as a new patient of hers. She’s a remarkable person and Internal Medicine physician. She LISTENS to her patient, reviews their records and notes BEFORE she comes in to see them,,,,almost unheard of with other doctors. I’ve never had a problem here with the front desk staff. They are always very efficient & helpful. For people that have a problem with following rules…. There are walk-in clinics all over this area.
Can never get through on the phone since they joined up with Orlando Health.
VERY IRRESPONSIBLE OFFICE STAFF! Very rude over the phone, no accountability for their mistakes, lost my mothers ONLY sample for shingles testing and not even a sorry or an actual solution. Can we do a blood test instead? SUPER UPSET WITH THE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR who didn’t care to follow up
