Follow up after a miscarriage and one of the ladies at the front desk handed me this on my way out. I can't find the words to express how much this touched my heart. 💜
Horrible bedside manner. Abrupt and no care for his patients. Would not recommend. I thought doctors were in practice to treat their patients. Not him.
Dr. Anthony is GREAT! But the staff are very rude. I honestly dread calling to make an appointment. They do not make you feel welcomed AT ALL. I've been going to this office for a couple of years now and this is very consistent. The only reason I continue to go is because I like Dr. Anthony. I am begging you all to please do training or hire a front staff that is friendlier. Going to the doctor can already be an uncomfortable experience for some people.
Very nice office with a nice process in place. Dr Seltzer was a super nice doctor who actually listened to my problems and gave me options along with his recommendation.
Loved their service and Dr. Deegan was very thorough, with great bedside manner. I just don't agree with their policy of letting go patients for frequent no shows. I have been dealing with some major life issues, combined with not having insurance
