The worst of the worst. Trying to get a simple routine colonoscopy and filled out the paperwork they required over 3 weeks ago. Call DAILY to try to make an appointment and told everyday that a scheduler will call me back. They never call back. Dawn, that answers the phone is rude and could care less. Florida Medical is nothing but a money grab and I will never go back. Same thing happened with a bone density test, my primary said they would reach out because they had the order, they never did. If I could give zero stars I would . Dr.Herman , it took me over 2 months to book an appointment for severe stomach issues I’ve been dealing with for over 2 years . He asked me my symptoms and proceeded to tell me that it was all in my head . He did not even feel my stomach , I was in there for 30 minutes and we spent more time talking about why I was wrong and making it up rather than focusing on solutions . Currently switching doctors offices. I was diagnosed with a stomach condition that learned more about from TikTok, my aunt that’s a nurse, and Google than the nurse practitioner. When I asked to be switched to a physician, they got upset with me and made it seem like it was impossible. Stress can lead to stomach issues and people are dying from various forms of stomach cancers for reasons known and unknown. They will not allow you to switch drs!! After 7 years I called to make appt. Was told you must go to former dr. I didn’t want to and was told the drs. Here made that policy and that’s the way it is!! So unless you stay with a dr good bad or can’t get in with them too bad!! And trust me I have been to a few of these doctors over the past 20 years that are still there that are absolutely horrible!!!
