I was in yesterday, sat in the waiting room for an hour and half before called back, and then in the room for another half an hour before Paige came back to check on me, 2 hours wait for a 20 minute check, feels kinda disrespectful. If I am supposed to be there on time, I expect the appointment to start on time as well. Imagine if I make an appt for 3pm and don't bother to show up until 5pm, how would that go over?
Good doctor, disorganized, unprofessional office/scheduling staff. Dr. Gandle performed a colonoscopy for me mid-July 2025. She found a 'suspicious area' and took a biopsy. Pathology results arrived via UPSP letter saying everything was normal. A week or so later I received a call from Dr. Gandle saying the suspicious area biopsied came back as a pre-cancerous type of polyp and I need a second colonoscopy to have it removed. The worst of the worst. Trying to get a simple routine colonoscopy and filled out the paperwork they required over 3 weeks ago. Call DAILY to try to make an appointment and told everyday that a scheduler will call me back. They never call back. Dawn, that answers the phone is rude and could care less. Florida Medical is nothing but a money grab and I will never go back. Same thing happened with a bone density test, my primary said they would reach out because they had the order, they never did. If I could give zero stars I would . Dr.Herman , it took me over 2 months to book an appointment for severe stomach issues I’ve been dealing with for over 2 years . He asked me my symptoms and proceeded to tell me that it was all in my head . He did not even feel my stomach , I was in there for 30 minutes and we spent more time talking about why I was wrong and making it up rather than focusing on solutions .
