Dr. Veronica Davis has been my doctor for over 10 years. I was told I had to see her nurse practitioner instead, and when I tried to schedule with Dr. Davis directly, I was informed that because I haven’t seen her in three years, I am no longer considered her patient. Usually, it’s horrible getting blood work but today it took that young lady like five seconds. Her name is Tasha Anna I spelled it wrong, but she’s amazing. This establishment also is very good and the people are very kind.
When this office first opened it was one of the best. The staff was friendly, and Dr Esposito really spent time with patients and listened. Now that the Epperson area has built up and the office became more busy, it is the worst. The providers now breeze in and out and spend a max of 1-2 minutes with you after you wait an hour past your appointment time to see them. Scheduling dept. is hard to reach many times and all the time i try to call to make appt. they hang up the phone doesn't matter if i change number to try to call make appt. or they will put on hold for long time and no answer. How can we notify our physician if we need too. We are changing our Dr. bec of schedulling dept!
