Dr. Sheth & his staff are fantastic. He takes the time to listen and truly understand what you are going through. He is compassionate, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. He also offers virtual visits, which is very convenient. My husband and I love coming here. The staff is kind, welcoming, and respectful of your time.

This office has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It took three separate attempts just to be connected with the correct department, and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. After being a patient here for years, I was sent to collections over a late payment after missing a few emails. No one made any effort to contact me by phone or text before taking that step. Used to love seeing my doctor here, but over the past few years they've gone downhill. They don't respect your time at all here, it's always an hour wait after your appointment time. Also, I'm supposed to get a free physical once a year, but they always charge me anyway by coding it as something else. Totally unacceptable way to treat patients. Edit: I responded to the email as requested below, and they never responded.

My first time here and already the front staff are not friendly at all! Which is terrible cause they are the first impression of the office. One of the clerks gave me a dirty look when I went to register for my appointment. Your office needs to be more professional, you hire these people that give you what you want to hear at the interview and then suck at their job. With no repercussions.

All my physicians are at FMC. Last couple of visits at this office - they have me (the patient) signed a form stating I wouldn't be rude to the staff, no sexual harassment, no excessive calling/email, etc (other I can't remember). It bothered me but I did sign it also noting that I as the patient expect the same respect. None of my other physicians has ever presented such a form.
