I have been coming here for 20 years. Since it is now Orlando Health the service is much worse. Tried calling for an appointment today. On hold for 15 minutes in the morning and gave up. Call again at 11:30 am and waited 25 minutes on hold and gave up. I will to go to a walk in clinic. Very disappointing and sad.
Had my wife do tests and never reached out to her with the results. We have been calling for 3 weeks with no response, but they had no issue billing our insurance company. So if you want to go to a doctor that will take samples that they will never test, but will make sure to bill your insurance company still then this is the place to go!
I love Dr. Stanton and the ARNP,My Wen. But with Florida Medical Clinic, if you go into to get med refills and then complain about an issue, you will get charged for an extra office visit, and your insurance may or may not cover 2 office visits in one day at the same time. So when you go for your wellness check, med refills and vital signs, Do Not complain of anything. Go home and make another appointment.
Honestly feel like I wasted my time coming here. My doctor did not address any of my concerns and was very dismissive to things I asked about. A waste of money and my time. I am not happy with my first experince. Also when you come in for a annual check up you don't just check my heart beat and that's it. I've had plenty of check ups in the past that were in greater detail. I will say however the young man that helped me register was really nice. My doctor was Cicily Staton. My first and last time coming to her.
After about three years of looking for a PCP in the Tampa area I believe that I have finally found an office that I like! The office itself was sanitary, well-organized and full of friendly staff that made my check-in process a breeze. Dr. Stanton was very knowledgeable, congenial and attentive to my concerns which made me feel as though she truly cares for her patients.
