Wanted to get onboarded to become a new patient. There is no online scheduling or intake form, only a phone number to call. Called phone number and had to sit though the annoying computer voice attendant spout every small fact about them since 1929 in the most annoying high-pitched chipper voice, as if I'm at NASCAR or listening to a sleezy TV commercial. I just hung up the phone. Lost business over antiquated technology and dumb VoIP programming.
Dr Siska is amazing, however the front desk staff is very rude and disrespectful. It’s not worth it.
Everything that’s been said about rescheduling appointments is true. They called me the day of my appointment to reschedule because the doctor is not going to be in. I will just continue my search for a doctor who has availability.
The providers are very good here. However, when it comes to calling and making an appointment or talking to any of the ladies in the front desk, it seems to be an issue. I called to make an appointment and unfortunately had to wait over 30 minutes for someone just to answer the phone and when they do it almost feels like an inconvenience that you’re calling. I do understand they probably are busy however the attitude feels very hostile.
