If your time and health are valuable I would insist that you look elsewhere. I was ordered blood work by Dr.Patel and the office staff scheduled me to have the draw in the office. After waiting some time I was told to reschedule for a specific time was needed to capture hormone levels. Then came back in the following day to be told another requirement can not be met at their office and the test will need to be completed at a lab down the street (2hr glucose test at that).As we all know walk in appointments are not priority a... read more
My visit with Amy Price was perfect! I am a new patient and she is my 5th Endo over the past decade. She is the first one that has ever had a warm and friendly personality. Her bedside-manor is very good. I am thrilled we had a very good visit today. Looking forward to my next visit.
I have had a nightmare of an experience with this office for the last year. This past week has been the worst. I'm type 1 insulin dependent on a pump. I have been back and forth with this office for 6 days just to get a refill on my pump system pods. I went days with leaving messages and no call back. No urgency what so ever and today was told to come in before they can do anything. They are the ones that scheduled me 6 month out!!
