I have been a patient for over ten years and I absolutely do love my doctor, but the changes that have come recently have angered me to the point of finding a new practice. There is no way to contact the office directly, you have to go through their centralized phone system. I have been trying for over a week to book an appointment by phone and cannot get through. Started going here a few years ago. I see Dr. Angela Sommers for my Type 1 Diabetes. I'm probably the most frustrating patient to walk in that place, but Dr. Sommers & the rest of the staff up front who put up with me are the absolute best & coolest. I appreciate y'all very much.

If your time and health are valuable I would insist that you look elsewhere. I was ordered blood work by Dr.Patel and the office staff scheduled me to have the draw in the office. After waiting some time I was told to reschedule for a specific time was needed to capture hormone levels. Then came back in the following day to be told another requirement can not be met at their office and the test will need to be completed at a lab down the street (2hr glucose test at that).As we all know walk in appointments are not priority a... read more
