first time here and came as a walk-in around 3pm after my appointment with my doctor. i was the only one in the waiting room so i only had about a 5 minute wait. the girl who did my blood draw did a fantastic job! i barely felt the needle go in and the only evidence of it is a tiny red dot, no bruising at all!
This place is horrible. I went in and was given the wrong specimen containers. The lady who drew my labs and gave me the container called me over 24 hours after I dropped my sample off and made it sound like no big deal. They told me this when I went to pick up the containers. Now it’s a holiday weekend. Not only did she make a bad mistake, she didn’t promptly call. I don’t trust the incompetence at this lab. Awful.
Always get a vein first time.
