Constantly understaffed, frequently running late. I've had to leave twice before being called back because they were so slow. The staff are good at drawing blood. If management would hire more people, it would probably run better and get people through at their appointed times. Update (3 years later)- still slow and understaffed. Management doesn't take these reviews seriously
Appointment or walk in for labs should not take hours to be seen. Seriously...how long does it really take for one person to have their blood drawn and pee in a cup? 🤷♀️
Even if you have an appointment there they take walk-ins first and they got some real bad attitudes
Had an appointment that was made 6 months ago by the doctors office. No appointment shows in the system so I have waited an hour. What good does it do to is make an appointment! People coming in after me without appointments are being called before me. WTH!
I have always had wonderful service here. Very good drawing blood and very friendly.
