Had a colonoscopy scheduled for a Monday. Waited all day the previous Friday for a call from the center to discuss the details and the arrival time. Never received a call. I had a medical transport company pick me up and drive me there at 5:30am the scheduled Monday. I had the driver wait because I didn't know when my surgery was scheduled for and if it could be performed. The nice receptionist said I was ok because I was scheduled to arrive at 6am. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The entire process was very efficient and well organized. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you !
Had another experience today at the surgery center. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and they immediately put me at ease for a procedure I was NOT looking forward to. I’ve had several colonoscopies, a biopsy and a brachytherapy here (not all at once)and every time was a positive experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone for outpatient surgery.
