Very clean facility and everyone working there seemed very helpful.
I had a great experience at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando. One of the things I appreciated most was how everything is conveniently located in a single location, making appointments much easier and more efficient. The staff appeared to be well-organized, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. It was clear that patient care is a top priority, which made me feel comfortable and valued. Zero stars in not an option. Absolute nightmare. NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!! The VA sent me here so I did not have to drive so far to appointments. This office accepted my authorization letter from the VA to be seen at this office. When I arrived they demanded I show them my insurance card even though the VA was the one who referred me. They refused to bill the VA and said their hands were tied and that they had to charge Cigna.
