Avoid this office at all costs! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The receptionist refuses to answer the phones and falsely claims they are “broken.” During our visit, the nurse assured us she would ask the doctor about moving up an allergy test. Thirty minutes later, we discovered she had completely forgotten and was just sitting on her phone. It’s clear that the staff here have no concern for their patients. Do yourself a favor and seek care elsewhere!
The staff and doctors are all extremely nice and helpful. Found out I have asthma due to allergys and am now currently getting injections for my allergys.
I have always had a great experience with this doctors office! The front desk staff is awesome and Dr. Nallamshetty is amazing and really listens to her patients.
Like one of the other posts here says, Dr. Nallamshetty is great. However, when it comes to dealing with the office staff, it’s terrible. It’s a shame that great doctors are often held hostage by lackluster office staff. Today, I had an appointment. I checked in through their virtual system, updated the image of my insurance card, and arrived on time. I had an appointment scheduled for my 2 children and it turns out they had beginning of the year state testing on the same day. I called the same day of the appointment and asked if I could possibly reschedule due to this testing and they did it no problem. Well, 2 weeks later they called to let me know I owe them $50 each for late cancellation fees before they could be seen again.
