Horrible experience and would not recommend to anymore. I tried getting established here as a patient from Sept 2021- Feb 2022 and gave up after the incompetence and ineffectiveness of their operations and dreadful customer service. Basically, the right hand never knew what the left hand was doing resulting in me doing an inordinate amount of legwork and self-advocacy as the patient transferring from another office. I had 3-4 appointments get canceled on me without ever being notified, and only found out when I showed up or ... read more
100% not a patient to them, just an insurance policy to bill as many times as possible, 4 visits in and no treatment of any kind. Just keep stringing me along

I missed my appointment there and was charged $150. I get it, you can charge what you want, and I grudgingly paid it, but I will never go back. They lost a lot of business from me because they felt it was their duty to punish me for missing an appointment. According to google common missed appointment charges range from $20 to $60.
