Dr Calvo is very professional takes time to go over your plan and answer any questions. I never feel rushed or he doesn't have time to answer my questions.
I rated this twice. This rating is low, as it does NOT reflect Dr. Calvo, but the administration team who manages the prescription refill process. Over the past year, trying to refill a specific monthly prescription has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. This week, I called the office for a refill. After two days of no response.
