I had an appointment at 8:45 a.m. I arrived at 8:20 a.m. and checked in. After waiting an hour, I asked at the front desk and they told me the doctor wasn't in the office that day. The excuse was that they had called me to cancel the appointment, which wasn't true. The worst part was that if I hadn't asked, they would have left me waiting there all day. Orlando Health is supposed to be a great group, but with this kind of things………
