I absolutely adore Dr. Malibiran. I've been a patient of his since before he went to Florida Medical Clinic. I must say I'm very disappointed in how far FMC has fallen since COVID. You used to call and someone would immediately pick up, make a quick 2 minute call to schedule an appointment. Not anymore. Now it doesn't seem to matter when you call. Just like all the other negative reviews, Doctor cancelled on me two hours before my appointment and wasn't able to reschedule for a MONTH. Considering I requested time off work today just to be available this is unacceptable and seems like a pattern with this Doctor & office according to reviews. Very unprofessional, office is unorganized and I'd avoid.
I walked in to ask the reception “Is someone available today?” but he replied back “that’s why you need to have appointment” like ok?
