This place is a total rip-off. I had a lab test scheduled today after my first visit with the doctor for what I thought was my annual check-up. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if they accepted new patients, and they scheduled me without mentioning anything unusual. From my end, this was supposed to be a routine annual check-up. I spoke with the doctor for about 10 minutes and was ready for my lab test. This Place is just sorry......So is the switch board operator.....A female who is incharge of scheduling appointments with people who receive medicare....Is just like I don't care even though I have Humana medicare gold with no Primary Care Doctor. I wanted to see a certain Doctor The Female who does scheduling said...That I could go anywhere I wanted it didn't have to be at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando...With a Mickey Mouse 12 dollar an hour attitude 😒. Excellent service from Dr. Cozzolino and Dr. Odioso-Cruz and their staff, however I found their social worker Linae's tone very rude and disrespectful. She was completely dismissive of my efforts to do what her recommended. She would be why I would not recommend this clinic's services.
Very abrupt and rude front desk staff, would not let me schedule the first available appointment which was already 3 months out, and instead told me to call around and hung up on me. Instead of putting their effort into being snide and conceited, perhaps they could open the calendar and book the appointment like they actually understand their role.
Absolutely impossible to get an appointment!! Wanted to schedule an obgyn appointment, but lady on the phone said the closest available date will be in SEPTEMBER. How’s this even possible? Then, my husband tried to get an appointment with some other doctor and again, they’re booked and busy MONTHS AHEAD. Terrible work of the whole clinic. So glad I moved on with Advent Health group where it was so much easier to get an appointment and lady on the phone was much more helpful than lady in Florida Medical Clinic who didn’t even... read more
