I am so disappointed with this office. I had a STAT order per my provider, Dr Gonzalez to get a bilateral ultrasound on my legs to rule out the formation of a blood clot. The above provider did a laminectomy and fusion, back surgery, on my L4-L5 last Friday and he wanted to make sure I had no postoperative complications. He wanted me to get the Ultrasound and come to his office after. I just had an MRI done at this location. It was in suite 106, and the lady working the desk was rude as ever! I was late, tried calling and no answer, then when I arrived to the building I had to circle the entire building to find which entrance to enter. My Husband has a T.B.I. , his treating neurologist is moving out of state . I have been talking to this center since April . I have to drive and I have Fridays off. The original appt was in May , 2026 ,it was cxld 1week before as they would have NO PROVIDER IN OFFICE .it was then rescheduled for 6/27 . My appointment was on 11/01/21 w/Dr. Jennifer White. I arrived early as I was instructed to do so, checked in, and waited almost 1 hour before I was called. There was no communication from the reception staff whatsoever about the Doctor running late. When I finally did see Dr. White, I asked why the delay and she justified her lateness by having to spend more time with another patient due to suicidal thoughts. I love both of my Orthos: Dr.Cooper and Dr. Domby. I’ve been a patient of Dr.Cooper’s for several years, since I have arthritis in my knees. He listens and talks all options with you. I trust him completely. Dr. Domby is my shoulder Ortho since I decided to fall down the stairs in May of 2024.
