UNBELIEVABLE! I have NEVER had to deal with such unprofessionalism with a medical office of this standing. I was scheduled for an appointment with Scarlet Owens on Feb 12, 2016. I called the office to inform them that I was running about 5 minutes late and the receptionist I spoke with informed me that I would need to reschedule my appointment because Scarlet leaves the office at a certain time and I would not be able to be seen that day.
