I was a patient here when they had a real a competent Dr in Dr Odom. Since he left this place went downhill. The new “doctors” don't listen to the patients anymore and what symptoms they are experiencing. The brush all patients off. The front desk staff is the rudest I have ever met. My friend who is a patient here now called in. They tell her go to guidewell they have diagnostic testing there or wait 4 weeks when the appointment is set for. Requested/submitted information on a thursday to become a new patient under one of their doctors- the website says expect a call in 24 hours. It is currently Tuesday and I had to call their office only for the receptionist to tell me the doctor I was asking for was NOT accepting new patients despite that's what their website said. I asked about any of them accepting patients, and she scoffed and said "no none of them are." Even though FMC website says ALL of them are accepting patients. Dr. Sheils Is an idiot and needs her license taken away if she is even a doctor. First of all I wish I could give this location a -0 not only is Sheils useless, but the staff that answers the phn are complete idiots. Not only are they rude but when ask the speak with the office manager, they put me on hold for 10 mins and has another idiot pretend to be the manager! 🤣 That black girl that talks like she has marbles in her mouth is the worst of all. Never told I had to be there 30 min. Prior. No reminder call. Even the text that was sent multiple times never mentioned it. Waste of time.
