I would like to file a complaint on Dr. Sheils. This is how the visit went. Nurse came in and introduced herself (very kind) took blood pressure and vitals and let me know doctor would be in. Dr. Sheils comes in 3 min later. Im Dr. Shelis what brings you in. I said hello I've been having a lot of issues going on. Dr Sheils say we'll i only want to hear 3 im not a robot. I don’t know what all these people are talking about. Everyone here I’ve interacted with has been absolutely awesome. They show genuine concern. Anna has been the best care provider I’ve seen since my back issues started. That includes the countless people in Kaiser Permenante’s system in Denver. Professional, kind, and punctual. Even the front counter staff has been great.
I was a patient here when they had a real a competent Dr in Dr Odom. Since he left this place went downhill. The new “doctors” don't listen to the patients anymore and what symptoms they are experiencing. The brush all patients off. The front desk staff is the rudest I have ever met. My friend who is a patient here now called in. They tell her go to guidewell they have diagnostic testing there or wait 4 weeks when the appointment is set for. Requested/submitted information on a thursday to become a new patient under one of their doctors- the website says expect a call in 24 hours. It is currently Tuesday and I had to call their office only for the receptionist to tell me the doctor I was asking for was NOT accepting new patients despite that's what their website said. I asked about any of them accepting patients, and she scoffed and said "no none of them are." Even though FMC website says ALL of them are accepting patients. Never told I had to be there 30 min. Prior. No reminder call. Even the text that was sent multiple times never mentioned it. Waste of time.
