This office is terrible. They canceled my colonoscopy 3 times! The last time after I fasted. The follow up appointment was 3 months later and then an hour+ late to be seen. There is absolutely no concern for patient care. Highly recommend any other gastrointestinal practice.
Good luck getting an appointment. Doctors reschedule at their convenience and push (already scheduled) appointments out over a month. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to get your health concerns addressed in a timely manner.

Today I went in to see dr. Eisner for my first colonoscopy I was so terrified but the staff there was so wonderful to me especially Galina, the one who checked me in.(if I got your name wrong I apologize. ) everyone else there was so good from Alfredo the anesthesiologist, to Isabel & Abby, to the doctor. everybody was so good to me and I had a wonderful experience & I really appreciate everyone being so patient and understanding with me.
My wife saw Cody once. Had an appointment this Friday (an emergency appointment due to a flare up) and today the staff called to cancel saying they stopped taking Oscar insurance. No help finding another gastro, no suggestions, nothing. What has happened to the field of medicine and how does this so called clinic get away with treating patients like this. Pathetic.
