For two years they haven't been able to diagnose me than sent me to one of their vascular doctor's who pawned me off to another surgeon and I feel like I'm back where I started
I was initially upset that I would have to physically go into the office to make an appointment for colonoscopy but Jennifer the scheduler was great. I needed an earlier appointment date an she went above and beyond to accommodate me.
I tried to get an appointment and was told that an appointment couldn't be scheduled until a transfer form was received from my PCP. I thought the patient gets to decide what doctor he/she wants to see, not the other way around.
