Staff at the front desk is VERY VERY VERY RUDE and is very ghetto and no customer service skills whatsoever. Always makes mistakes , says there going to mail info to you and DO NOT. Very rude ppl working there. Absolutely disgusting and you make an appointment and still sitting there for an hour or more!!! What’s the point of an apoitment then?!!!???? Hate this location, what do you expect when it’s located in the hood, not much I guess.
