Would give negative stars if possible. I showed up 30 minutes early as I was told, to only then sit there for over an hour and a half. The doctor did not bother to introduce herself, had not read my file, did not listen to what I had to say, and refused to make any care decision until i got new blood work done (Even though I just had it done). Was in the room for literally 10 minutes and told to come back in a week. I should have been told upon making the appt if I needed only week-old blood work. I have an $80 copay for an ... read more
When I went to the second appointment they did not follow with the paperwork. They have two month and when I went they make an excuse. Then send for a test and couldn't do it for lack of info. They cancel two appointment because of "emergency ". I so disappointed on him and his office. So unprofessional.
I was referred to Dr Palacio by my Primary Care Physician because my Type 2 Diabetes was out of control. Just had my initial consultation and could not be more pleased. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to complete paperwork. I was surprised that most paperwork was completed by his staff and I only had to review and correct a couple information fields. The Doctor called me back a couple of minutes early. Do not go here if you are in need of a reliable Endocrinologist. My very first appointment was a joke. They wanted to reschedule my appointment because they didn't have copies of my medical reports, which was false because I called my primary while I was sitting at my appointment and they informed me they sent it over twice. After having my thyroid removed, I had my first follow up appointment and was told they could not do anything for me because they didn't have any of my post surgery reports (mind you, it was faxed to the... read more
