Wow!! That’s the only word to describe Dr Calderon staff just Wow! The front desk girl at the window. Goodness. Rude. Dismissive and condescending. Truly unfortunate. I witnessed how she spoke loudly. Rudely and quite frankly condescendingly to patients. She seemed quite comfortable doing it as well. I can tell you names and dates of births of patient cuz she yelled at them and they got loud to her. She repeated their names loudly back to the patients. Questionable if this is hippa compliance. Front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me with getting in to see a dermatologist for a really concerning spot I had, and the dr I saw was very knowledgeable and took their time explaining what is going on and a plan of action. I came in worried and left reassured. Would recommend this office to everyone!
Great time seeing Glenn, front desk people helped me right away because I actually had all of my stuff set up before showing to the office and not expecting the receptionists to do everything for me.
Dr Calderone, Francine, Glenn and staff are the absolute best! They are always so kind and caring, and knowledgeable in all that they do! They have taken care of me for years and I highly recommend them! They are truly experts in their field!
Front office was rude and unwilling to help with insurance.
