Very unhappy. I called them to come as a new patient. They told me I will have a video meeting first and after my blood test I will see the doctor. Video-meeting 5 minutes. After my blood test result, I saw the doctor. I paid $131. No complaint about the doctor and this price (though, is on the expensive end). My complaint is about the bill I received for another $131. Regarding insurance costs, our Radiology team is able to run eligibility on insurance websites. This is always just an estimate using external resources outside of our control. The front office staff at the Amberly location scheduled me with someone who is out of my insurance network after I was reassured they take the insurance. Then they tried to charge an insurance company I was under two years ago and ultimately I was left with over 500 dollars to pay out of pocket in a pandemic when I was led to believe everything was covered. RecommendedI visited the Orthopedic Department. I saw Dr. Cooper he was very polite. Office staff and nurses was also very polite. I didn't have a very long wait. I go back in two weeks for a follow-up on how my ankle is healing.

RecommendedI complete love Dr Malik! She has been so good to me! She listens, explains, and teaches me what I need to know about my condition, and medications. Her nurse Nina, is a love too! I have a lot problems, allergies, well problems . All I have to do is call and I am told to come in! I may have to wait some times, unless my problem has to be taken care of soon! Then there is Joan!
