Scheduled an appointment they called day before telling me I owe them cash 150 dollars and a three hundred dollar deductible. Said I could see it on my card pulled out my card it's not there she claims they don't need my service. I guess they must be getting paid to much to have clients absolutely worst customer service ever don't go here save yourself the stress they are only out for cash you are not going to find a good health provider here. Great and genuine doctor. Cares about his patients and will do his best for them. Helped me with a couple issues in the past!
I have been going to Dr. Wert for many years now, except when insurance changed at work. Now retired, I go to him even though he isn't on my current plan. I love his staff, his wife, Nancy is a real sweetheart and Dr. Wert takes the best care of me. I never feel rushed or hurried.
