They charged me $150 to diagnose a wine cooler problem. He spent about 40 minutes and didn't fix anything, although he did perform diagnostics. When I complained about the price they told me they would make no adjustment. The technician was not an expert on these units, which I was led to believe. He had never worked on a residential unit like mine before. At these prices I would expect a higher level of expertise.

I just wanted to thank Tom for coming out on Sat to look at my a/c unit . He is a life savoir and very professional at what he does .I will always use Florida master temp ......

I called Mastertemp yesterday around 3:45 pm. They had somebody here right away. There was no waiting and no putting me off until the next day. When the tech arrived he took his time troubleshooting my problem. He was honest and told me what I needed to fix the problem. He didn't have the part with him to do it right then. What he did do is fix it temporarily so that I would at least have air throughout the night. I highly recommend Mastertemp. I feel like they truly care about their customer's needs.

The A/C company every. They are so professional and honest! I will use no one else and will recommend them to everyone I know!
