The owner is very nice Very humble and respectful He loves what he does and knows how to manage better than anybody else I know in this business. I can refer them to anyone without hesitation. I would not hand over my property to anyone other than Florida Management Company. Dave, Roger, Chris and Mary Ellen are the best at making sure everything is taken care of, and nothing is overlooked. They have managed my manufactured home rental since 2017. I have total peace knowing that they have my property in their care for rental, repairs, general maintenance and anything that is needed.
