DO NOT GO HERE. I BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR THEM TO ORDER MY CPAP THRU MY NEW INSURANCE PROVIDER i still do not have it and i men calling since november. No one answers my calls or voice mails or calls me back. I even used the damb contact us form. Im going to get heart failure from sleep apnea before i get any help
You can never get through to a person. They put you on a queue and when you're finally #1 eight (8) minutes later it tells you to leave a message and wait for a call back within 72 hours.
If your insurance allows it go somewhere else. I have been trying since July to get a CT scan, that supposedly they can do at the office. Their Dr says it needs to be done and even wrote the order for it, all they have to do is call the insurance company for approval. I have called and spoken to 5 different people in the Kissimmee office and each one of them promised that someone would call me back, to date not one follow up call back from anyone at the office. The Doctor Alabi and his Staff are absolutely amazing... they truly care about their Guests!! They go over and above to do all they can to help you on everything!
