STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Borderline unethical and definitely malpractice treatment. Dr. Elton should barred from practice. Pleasant Hill office should be shut down.

I’ve left messages for this office with the answering operator, but no one has called back yet. We need to get the sleep apnea machine. TThe staff informed me that they would contact me once the machine was ready, but it’s been almost two months since then. I’m likely to drive an hour just to speak with one of the staff members.

I had an appointment with dr. Elton Donald. It just took a while, about 45 minutes after the appointment time for the nursing staff to measure height, weight, Bp. Generally it felt slow, about one patient admitted every 30-40 minutes or so. And my experience with the doctor himself was not ideal. He can be informative, but the whole interaction felt rushed. I don’t doubt his knowledge or experience at all, but I genuinely was not happy with the overall experience.

El peor sitio nunca contestan el teléfono y las empleadas parecen que trabajan de gratis porque son fatales y amargas no se como el Dr lamas que es tremendo neumólogo no se da cuenta será q no le importa porque tiene muchos clientes q pena los planes no toman acción en eso porque de verdad q es fructante uno llamar y que nunca contesten pero se busca otro lugar y ya no vuelvo mas

The way that office is run is terrible, the system puts you on hold and you can spend hours waiting, no lie. I don't know how anyone gets an appointment. The doctor is good, but the office management is poor. Take your chances on the phone.
