My original experience with Florida Lifts was not a pleasant one. I was stuck in the middle during the holidays and a merging of companies and I could not get a response. After getting in contact with Kyle the General Manager he apologized and owned our project. He helped us see it through and together with Victoria Rosado we were able to obtain our new wheelchair lift. I am very happy with our outcome even though the road was a bumpy one.
I have been using Florida Lifts for the past few years and their response time, quality and knowledgable service men give me and my wife a great sense of security.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews based on my experience. We hired this company to install and a dumbwaiter, and two years later it is still not operational because the wiring was done incorrectly. When we first discovered the system was not working, we contacted the company and gave them the opportunity to correct the problem. Buyer Beware. Our Company First Impression Builders experience with Florida Lift and Savaria Elevator has been one of the most frustrating business experiences I have ever encountered. Proj. ***** BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY***** I strongly advise anyone considering Florida Lift or Savaria Elevator to think twice before doing business with these companies. After receiving more than 80% of the contract value, they repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises.
