I have been trying for the past 4 months to get in contact with Christi Comrie and the install department. My final inspection was called in OVER 6 months ago yet the city has not come out and I cannot get an update, a phone call back, or an email. I have been holding the final payment for several months to the point where the check is now expired and has to be re-issued, Christi knows this yet she wont provide me any update and my business is left without an elevator lift. My husband and I had 10 years of great service from Florida Lifts! Cory was our mechanic, and he always showed up and did a great job! Unfortunately, they don’t service our brand of elevator anymore, but I appreciate the previous years of service.
