I am reposting this review from January 2025. I originally removed it because Florida Lifts said they will fix my issues if removed. Fast forward two months and the whole team is a bunch of ghosters and possibly scammers. Christi, Kyle, Corey. If you have to deal with them you're in for a terrible day. if i could give zero stars i would. The Lack of Communication from management is the worse! the only time management was fully involved is when they wanted their next payment. first deposit was 2023 , finally installed 2025. Do not take on a job that you can not perform. The only positive from this fiasco is they finally subcontracted the installation out to someone who was qualified to install the lift ( they did a great job by the way) . Florida Lifts installed an elevator for a client in jupiter Fl Florida Lifts set up a yearly maintenance plan and I have had two routine services on the elevator for my client with technician Benjamin Benjamin arrives on time, is efficient/peofessioanl/courteous and covers all bases in a timely manner
