Builder has not completed new construction punch list 11 months into 1 year warranty. Unresponsive to phone calls and emails
We have lived in the community since 2015, we are extremely happy with the community, even considering the golf course, and we are not golfers. The builder is great, the residents are awesome, and the activities are super! The greater percentage of residents express our views. No community will please 100%.
DONT BUY A HOME AT ARLINGTON RIDGE LEESBURG UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO BUY THE GOLF COURSE FOR 1.4 MILLION THAT THE BUILDER FLC IS FORCIMG THE RESIDENTS TO BUY AND MANTAIN AND THERE IS GOING TO BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT COMING THAT THE RESIDENTS WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR EXTRA EXPENSE WHEN I BOUGHT MY HOME AND IM GOING TO FIGHT THIS ALONG WITH 800 OTHER RESIDENTS!!!!
If zero stars were available I would have marked the zero. Florida Leisure did properly disclose to me what they would not honor and I unfortunately closed and paid cash thinking they would honor my agreement. I did NOT get what I paid for! I would like my money back.
