I had Red Rhino come out to check for a pool leak and they charged $350, about average. During the gentleman Forrest's leak detection, he gave me a price to fix it, then 10 minutes later added a $1000 to that price, then 15 minutes later (while he is still checking for leak this whole time) gave me another price which was $1000 more. We are totally pleased with the service and repair of the leak that had been requiring a refill of our pool every 3 days or so. Rob, was the service Technician that came out to our house located the leak about, 2-3 weeks ago and returned today as scheduled. RecommendedWe were loosing wayer, not a quick leak, but still concerning. After having other companies out, thwn attempting to fux it ourselves, we stumbled upon Florida Leak Detectors. OMG! What a game changer that was! For a very nominal.fee they came out, found 5 small leaks, plugged them and gave me a 60 day guarantee. They came 6 weeks ago and sealed a leak around the pool light. The young man was very polite and professional. Unfortunately the pool continued to lose water, albeit more slowly. I did several "bucket tests" to ensure there was a leak before calling them back. I am so impressed with all the employees. I actually TRUST them to do the right thing. Definitely recommend Florida Leak Locators! Sean came out to fix a MASSIVE crack in our pool and did a great job! He showed me what he was doing each step of the way which was awesome to see! I was referred to FLL by our local Pinch-a-Penny. I called and made a timely appointment to check out our leaking pool. The field tech called to confirm the appointment and he showed up promptly. The tech, Craig, did a thorough examination both inside and outside of the pool. He ran a number of tests and after a couple of days of observation he was able to locate and more importantly, fix the problem. I will recommend FLL to all of my neighbors and friends!
I highly recommend Florida Leak Locators to find your pool leaks. Luke is very knowledgeable, professional and personable, and found all the small leaks I had in my pool. He didn’t mind my watching the interesting process and answered all my questions along the way. My pool no longer leaks, and with all the heavy rain we’ve had recently, for the first time in a long time I had to drain the pool to its normal level! Great job!
