I had a horrible experience! I was stuck in 5 different places including my right hand! It swells up to the size of a golf ball. My whole hand is black and extremely painful. I haven’t had to use of my right hand now for five days! I never want to deal with these people again!
Phone and appointment setup was very slow or not working at all. Receptionist was very respectful.
Beware! COVID PCR test was billed to me with Aetna insurance at $3,125 for a single test! The lab has yet to return calls to me or Aetna, who would like to negotiate in network coverage with them. The Aetna rep told me it’s the highest bill they’ve ever seen for a COVID test. My entire family’s labs were sent to this lab from MedOne in St Augustine. We were not advised that this would be out of network or not covered under the CARES Act. Almost $10k in bills for 3 COVID tests and a lot of stress. Perhaps the BBB will be able... read more
