This is the WORST medical office I have ever dealt with. After the appointment with the doctor, which was depressing and didn’t seem to have a goal, despite my EGFR being at 39, the person at the checkout window said he would need 30 minutes to input everything into the “system” so I should leave and she would mail me everything, the lab orders (ultra sound, CAT scan and 1 other), the prescription would be sent to my pharmacy and once she saw what labs I would need she would schedule my follow up appointment. If you're in need of a Kidney Specialist my Dr.Pablo Ruiz-Ramon is a great Neuphrologist I've been seeing him for 18 years.
There office manager is very rude. they gave me an appointment to the wrong facility and blame me for being a no show then have the nerves to tell me to find a different doctor moving forward that they would no long see me as a client but I wanted to know how would I be a no show if I showed up to one of there facility due to them given me the wrong location address For the appointment.
