I cannot say enough good things about this kidney practice. Dr. Richards saved my life. Diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome in 2016, I had been living on steroids for almost 4 years, suffering miserably, and went through quite a few different nephrologists until I was lucky enough to find Dr. Richards. I would highly recommend Dr Marc Richards. I have MPA Vasculitis and was looking for a physician in south Florida who is familiar with my disease, which is not easy. Dr Richards trained at UNC which has a large Vasculitis presence and clinic. He has helped me and guided me with great care and has been very responsive to my needs. I have nothing but great things to say.

When I first came to Dr Richards I was incredibly sick. I was only 24, scared, and recently diagnosed with lupus that seemed too out of control to manage. I could barely stand up and walk and my legs were huge with fluid. Prior to getting sick I was a marathon runner, so this was terrifying to me that this disease attacked so suddenly and aggressively. I highly recommend Dr. Richards and the entire staff at Florida Kidney Physicians. My kidney disease was diagnosed after thorough testing and the resulting dialysis, kidney transplant and follow-up has been caring and efficient. I feel like Dr. Richards and his staff have been my partners in my healthcare journey.
