Cody was here today and did a MARVELOUS job! One of our ACs was very loud and I was told that all of that model are loud. So I only turned it on when I badly needed to. Cody looked at the setting and found that the motor was stuck in the loudest setting. He replaced the motor and turned the setting down and now "There is peace in the valley!" Give that guy a raise!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY So rewind back to circa November 2024, I reached out to Florida Keys Air Conditioning for a Maintenance price and they advertised 2 annual visits for $199.99 (Sounds great). We scheduled an appointment to have them come out and service/maintenance the unit in December 2024 as I had just acquired this property and wanted to ensure everything was up to-date. We have been customers of Florida Keys A/c for over 12 years, and they have never let us down. I would highly recommend them for reliability and professionalism.
We have been customers of Florida Keys A/c for over 12 years, and they have never let us down. I would highly recommend them for reliability and professionalism.
They installed 2 new units in 2021 and only 4 years later we have already had to service them multiple times and have been told they need to be replaced. Would not recommend based on multiple sites saying the ACs should last 10-15 years or more in Florida. Very disappointing. We have three units in the property and they mistakenly replaced the wrong one and then refused to make it right. Not recommended. hope they are under new management that put the customer first and do the job they are contracted to do.
