We have been customers of Florida Keys A/c for over 12 years, and they have never let us down. I would highly recommend them for reliability and professionalism.
They installed 2 new units in 2021 and only 4 years later we have already had to service them multiple times and have been told they need to be replaced. Would not recommend based on multiple sites saying the ACs should last 10-15 years or more in Florida. Very disappointing. We have three units in the property and they mistakenly replaced the wrong one and then refused to make it right. Not recommended. hope they are under new management that put the customer first and do the job they are contracted to do.
John John and Larry from Florida Keys AC, you guys are the best! I got immediate attention and my AC was installed right away. All of the workers and staff are very efficient and pleasant.
