Canceled an appointment days in advance after my request for reschedule never got a call back. Screenshot the cancelation yet left a voicemail that my account is charged $50 for no show. Will find an office that doesnt try to pull fast ones on their clients.
First appointment with them. Dr. Reddy and the nurses were absolutely the best!!! They were all very helpful, respectful, thoughtful. Took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. Five stars and then some. Will refer all who may need them. Thanks for a great visit

My mother's been trying to get a simple prescription for a month now. They keep screwing things up with the specialty pharmacy, and every time I call them they insist that the problem is fixed, even though as soon as I call the specialty pharmacy they insist no such arrangements had been made by them. They say they are going to help, and do nothing but make excuses and try to blame other people for their mistakes.
