the service was HORRIBLE! Ordered through 1-800-Flowers and my mother in law received a delivery of dead flowers. I called 1-800-Flowers to report the horrible quality and offered to submit photos. The third party florist, Florida International Florists, called me and threatened to pick up the GIFTED flowers where they were delivered due to the complaints. Ordered mother's day flowers with balloons, stuffed animal, chocolate, etc and they never delivered them, never called me or anything. I see now they have a 1.5 rating, well this is why. And they are NOT cheap.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. What a scam! I ordered some flowers for my mom from FTD- a beautiful bright and sunny yellow and white bouquets with yellow roses, yellow Peruvian lilies, and white daises with a splash of mini green poms- and she got something that looked like a days old bouquet from an old grocer. Seriously, it looked NOTHING like what she was supposed to get. My Mother’s Day bouquet of 10 red nearly dead tulips was unbelievably terrible. My daughter paid $60 + $15 for delivery for the worse bouquet I’ve ever seen. It was not what she ordered and very poor quality. I suggest no one order from this dishonest florist.
