I saw her for a contested divorce involving abuse. We set up a retainer and a payment plan. When things were happening in-the-moment and I needed her help right away, she screamed at me for calling her and refused to do anything without an additional $750 paid immediately. (At no time did she provide records of what was billed to my retsiner.) Extremely rude front desk staff, she couldn’t write my name properly, even though I did spell at least 5 times, she was extremely mean and discriminating, didn’t connect me to the lawyer and finally hang up the phone on me.
