Well located but the hotel is nothing more than ok. With it being in the mall it's crazy busy.
Terrible everything terrible
What is good here? Nothing!!! Staffs are so rude. Meals are terrible. Security is horrible. Just a big building that's it.

Great hotel! Good room, confortable bed, very clean, it connected directly to Florida Mall, excellent location!
Very nice hotel. All staff were very nice and hospitable. There for a training and thee fact that you literally can stay there the entire time and have ALL needs met. Love the indoor Starbucks.
