Mine was a very complex installation, but Dan is very customer focused and is determined to provide what the customer wants. Installation team had to coordinate with a crane company and there were, as anticipated, a few hiccups; but again, Chris and his team were very professional and did a great job. I can highly recommend these guys for any hot tub/ spa project.
We wanted a relationship with a local business for our tub needs. Dan has an awesome showroom, is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. No hard sell, he addressed our needs. In our search for a Hot tub we visited Florida Hot Tubs & More first and then other stores. We ended up purchasing a Bull Frog from them after looking at many other models. We felt like they were so knowledgeable and really took the time to educate us as this was our first hot tub purchase. We actually came back twice.
