My purchase and installation of a hot tub from Florida Hot Tub & sauna could not have gone smoother. Manager Richard Trejos was outstanding and his knowledge and professionalism were exemplary. He assisted me in obtaining a contractor to remove my current hot tub (over 30 years old)and install the decking around the new one, as well as an electrician to connect it. We worked with Daniel throughout our design and installation process. Everything was great the whole way through and we are very happy with the end result of the product!
My experience with this company was very disappointing. Carmen Amador was assigned to our account, but communication was extremely poor. Emails and phone calls were rarely answered, and I often had to follow up 3–4 times a week just to get updates or move things forward. Scheduling was also disorganized — a technician was set to come, but no one confirmed the appointment. When I called the day before, no one had any information.
