My experience with this company was very disappointing. Carmen Amador was assigned to our account, but communication was extremely poor. Emails and phone calls were rarely answered, and I often had to follow up 3–4 times a week just to get updates or move things forward. Scheduling was also disorganized — a technician was set to come, but no one confirmed the appointment. When I called the day before, no one had any information. Called about a hot tub cover replacement, was told the maintenance department would get back to me. A week later no response. So I called again and was told the same. Got a call from Robert later that day and was told the sales department would call me by the end of the day to finalize everything. Surprise, a week later no one called. This place must really not like getting business or something. I don't know I tried.
